All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. Orders and Availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. We may cancel or refuse any order due to errors or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of order using accepted payment methods such as credit card or bank transfer.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Pickup and delivery times are estimates only and may change due to unforeseen stock issues or delays in courier services.

7. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods.

AIE will not accept exchanges for goods that have been damaged after leaving our location. All goods must be checked prior to leaving. Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion only.

Please also note: AIE will charge a fee for any changes to accepted plans and drawings pre-production at our discretion. If changes to accepted plans and drawings are required post-production an hourly + material fee will be charged for the amount of time the changes are required to be made.

8. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. These Terms do not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images and text, is our property or licensed to us and may not be used without our prior permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

12. Jurisdiction
